Return Policy
It is essential to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us, Which is why we offer store credit if:
- The item doesn't fit you
- You are not satisfied with the quality of your item
- You feel that the item was misrepresented in some way
- The item is Damaged in any way
Please keep in mind that, in order for us to accept your return, it must meet the requirements below:
- The item is unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- Bodysuits or swimwear must have their hygiene sticker in place
- The item is returned to us within seven days from the date of receipt.
We also offer direct exchanges in our Zurich showrooms!
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer with the exception of cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by a member of our team.

Return Policy
We do our very best to ensure you get your orders in the best condition. However, in the unlikely event of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund, provided:
- You notify us within seven days from the date of receipt, providing a short description of the fault with your items along with pictures as proof via email to info@kemymekler.ch
- Your claim of the faults has been reviewed and approved by our team
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our team, a notification will be sent to you. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply contact us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact our team at info@kemymekler.ch with your return enquiry for instructions. Please note: Swiss returns will take approximately 2 - 5 business days from the date of receipt. Returns from overseas can take up to two weeks. If you need your return processed sooner then please email us and we'd be happy to help!
